Family of Cesar Uribe continue searching neighborhood where he was last seen on Monday

"Cesar, we love you," a loved one said. "We want you home, so we want you to come."

SAN ANTONIO — Cesar Uribe was last seen on Monday morning, after he went to a relative's home in the Adams Hill area, near Marbach Road and Hunt Lane.

Uribe was going to do some work at the home.  His cousin says he texted her that morning to say he would be by to get something, and would return.

His cousin later found his truck in front of her home, but Uribe was nowhere to be found.

"I went across the street to my neighbor, and on her Ring camera we do see where he leaves the truck," said Darniela Gomez, Uribe's cousin. "He takes off on foot by at around 11:10 a.m., and he was heading south on Fort Donelson."

Uribe's family describes him as responsible and someone who can be counted on. That, they say, is why his disappearance is out of character.

The family says they have searched the area looking for him, posting fliers. San Antoni police have also been on the lookout, they say.

"They are looking for him. They don't have any leads at the moment either," said Gomez.

The family is asking anyone who lives in the Adam Hills area to check their camera footage in case it can turn up any hints.

"To see if you see him, it would be between the hours of 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Monday, May 20," Gomez said.

The family says a local nonprofit, Search and Rescue San Antonio, is also helping look for him. Uribe's family say they are very worried and just want him home.

"Cesar, we love you," Gomez said. "We want you home, so we want you to come home. We don't care about anything. We just want to know you're OK , so please just reach out to somebody."

If you have any information about Uribe's whereabouts, you're urged to contact SAPD's Missing Persons Unit at (210) 207-7660.
