Feast your eyes on Cajun and Asian fusion cuisine at ‘Eat Wit Yo Eyez’ | Neighborhood Eats

Owner Marcel Brady promises his Cajun and Asian fusion cuisine will taste as good as it looks!

SAN ANTONIO — Most cooks say when people dine at their restaurant – they eat with their eyes before tasting the food. A married couple downtown took that phrase literally – and opened their virtual restaurant ‘Eat Wit Yo Eyez’ two years ago.

Inside the Lombrano Food Hall, at 427 Lombrano Street, KENS 5 took a peek at the restaurant most people are calling, ‘the best wings in San Antonio’. Eat Wit Yo Eyez owner Marcel Brady says, “We ‘re all about consistency. As good as the food looks and tastes we want it to be like that every time.”

Brady says he’s very particular about how a plate looks. He says his food resembles a work of art!

"It kind of makes me feel like Picasso in the kitchen really,” Brady said.

Marcel and his wife Teresa started their business out of a food truck in 2021 and then expanded to the food hall. Here’s what you’ll find: chicken wings, and Cajun and Asian fusion inspired dishes.

Does it taste as good as it looks? The KENS 5 team tried the crawfish etouffee, ‘Brady’ bowl, yakamein, and fried lemon pepper fish with red beans and rice.
