SAN ANTONIO — A woman is critically injured after being stabbed in the chest on the east side Tuesday morning, officials say.
San Antonio police didn't really have many details, but they said the stabbing occurred during some type of disturbance at home in the 4800 block of Castle Arms.
They said they have a possible suspect, but they are still trying to figure things out. Police said the victim was taken to San Antonio Military Medical Center with life-threatening injuries, and was in surgery at the time of this writing.
