Helping prepare one of the country's largest Thanksgiving meals | Bill in My Boots

The Raul Jimenez Dinner is expected to feed 25,000 San Antonians on Thursday, nearly four decades after it began.

SAN ANTONIO — Thanksgiving is a time for feasting with family, but for those who may not be able to afford dinner on one of the most festive days of the year, there's the Raul Jimenez Dinner.

The annual tradition is in its 39th year of feeding thousands and thousands of San Antonians. That means a lot of cooking a day ahead of time. In this edition of Bill in my Boots, KENS 5's Bill Taylor found out what it's like in the apron and helping out in the kitchen.

If you'd like Bill to come do your job, send an email to billinmyboots@kens5.com and tell us why Bill should come fill your boots.
