AUSTIN, Texas — Someone who bought a Powerball ticket for Wednesday night’s drawing in Texas is waking up happy. That’s because they just won $2 million.
The winning numbers were 3, 8, 41, 56 and 64 with the Powerball of 18.

The winning ticket was sold in Austin at Winner’s Corner along Rockwood Lane. It matched five of five numbers but didn’t hit the Powerball. Whoever won chose the Power Play which doubled the winnings from $1 million to $2 million.
The next Powerball drawing is on Saturday with an estimated jackpot of $535 million. There’s also a Mega Millions drawing on Friday night. That jackpot for that one is $28 million.
