SAN ANTONIO — The San Antonio Fire Department worked to extinguish flames coming out of a south-side home.
SAFD was called to the home on Pamela Drive around 6:15 a.m. on Friday.
We later spoke to the battalion chief who said there is significant water and fire damage.
Two people were inside the home when the fire started. A neighbor said the two woke up to water being doused on them. They were house-sitting for the homeowners while they are on vacation.
The fire began in the back of the home and spread to the attic. Authorities said there is at least $80,000 in damages.
No injuries were reported.
