SAN ANTONIO — Fire crews say smoke filled the Shops at Rivercenter Mall parking garage downtown early Wednesday morning.

Officials were called out around 6:20 a.m. for a report of a fire. Crews discovered burning trash was the source of the fire.

Once the fire was out, crews worked primarily on ventilating the smoke out of the confined garage. Video from the scene shows smoke pouring out of the entrance.

There were no injuries reported and the cause of the fire is still under investigation. As of 8 a.m., most of the smoke had been ventilated out of the garage.
