NIOSA organizers reveal 2024 Fiesta medal

The event is celebrating its 76th year and is put on by the Conservation Society of San Antonio and with the help of hundreds of volunteers.

SAN ANTONIO — The organization that runs a Night in Old San Antonio revealed its 2024 Fiesta medal at a news conference Tuesday morning.

NIOSA is celebrating its 76th year and is put on by the Conservation Society of San Antonio and with the help of hundreds of volunteers.

The event features more than 150 food booths with cuisine from several different countries. The four-day street festival takes place in La Villita, a historic village built downtown in the 1800s. Large crowds are expected every year and it's one of the most popular Fiesta events.

This year's medals were revealed at the Tuesday press conference. One of them pays homage to the infamous Fiesta beer cup.
