Man with serious medical condition located, alert discontinued

The Bexar County Sheriff's Office is asking for your help locating a missing 60-year-old man with a serious medical condition who was last seen on Friday.

John Zielinski, 60, was last seen near a Walmart on North Foster Road on the northeast side of town. BCSO says he checked himself out of a nursing home that day and was dropped off at a home in the 4000 block of Mystic Sunrise around 12:15 p.m. He reportedly left that location and was seen near the Walmart later that day.

Zielinski is 5'9" tall, weighs about 185 pounds and has blue eyes and white hair. He was last seen wearing a gray shirt, dark-colored shorts, white socks and no shoes. His right leg is swollen.

He is known to frequent the area of Foster Road and FM 78. Zielinski suffers from several medical conditons and may require immediate medical attention.
