Police searching for driver of hit-and-run that sent man and woman to hospital

According to police a homeless man and woman were walking on the sidewalk when a black sedan came around the corner and hit them.

SAN ANTONIO — A man and woman were hit by a car that just kept driving Friday morning, San Antonio police say. 

According to police, a homeless man and woman were walking on the sidewalk when a black sedan came around the corner and hit them. 

Officials say the driver of the sedan continued driving before crashing into a fence and fleeing on foot. 

The man and woman were transported to the hospital with serious injuries. 

Police are still investigating and looking for the driver.
