Flipping the script to a kid-led classroom

The Modern Classrooms Project helps balance behavior and learning

SAN ANTONIO — The non-profit Modern Classrooms Project is an organization that trains educators on a new methodology of teaching.

Instead of having the typical classrooms structure, the project allows classrooms to be student-led, so the kid can learn at the pace they are able, whether it be faster, or slower, than their peers

Kareem Farrah, the co-founder and CEO of Modern Classrooms Project told us, "This model is built around the idea that students can access sort of lectures or direct instruction through videos that teachers create, that they can work in a self-paced learning environment where not every kid is on the exact same scale at the exact same time.|
