SAN ANTONIO — After the announcement of Victor Wembanyama being named the 2024 NBA Rookie of the Year, Luke decided to travel to Chris Madrid's to take on their Wemby Burger Challenge.
The burger is four patties stacked high with the signature Chris Madrid's melted cheese in between each patty, making it one of the tallest burgers in San Antonio. Which is fitting considering Wemby is one of the tallest players in the world.
If one is able to finish this alien sized burger, they will take home a t-shirt and be memorialized forever on the Wemby Wall of Fame.
But, Luke was inspired by all the records that Wemby had broken in his rookie season that a t-shirt and picture was enough to satisfy him. So what did he do? He went for the all-time record and attempted to take down the Wemby burger faster than anyone else before him had.
