Spurs' Wembanyama NBA Top Shot NFT sells for $145,000

A recent NBA Top Shot Wemby NFT auction showcased his league debut.

SAN ANTONIO — Everything and anything Victor Wembanyama collectibles are hot properties and in demand with fans.

Including his NBA Top Shot NFT.

A recent NBA Top Shot Wemby NFT auction showcased the San Antonio Spurs center's league debut versus Dallas in San Antonio.

The NFT was a one-of-a-kind "Ultimate Rookie Moment" from Wembanyama, which Los Angeles-based collector BilloBanked bought for a whopping $145,000.

The final sale price is the fifth-largest sale in Top Shot’s marketplace, according to CLLT.com.

BilloBanked shared the big moment when he won the rare Wemby NFT.

This wasn't the only Wemby NFT sold for a high price. Three recent sales on NBA Top Shot have hit $10,000 or more.

It's not just this Wembanyama NFT collectible that has sold for a high price. Wemby basketball cards and his jerseys are selling for top dollar.
