Spurs' Keldon Johnson hosting a free basketball camp this summer in San Antonio

Young athletes in San Antonio will have a chance to learn from Johnson this summer.

SAN ANTONIO — San Antonio Spurs' Keldon Johnson proves he is about giving back to the fans no matter where they are in Texas.

And this summer, he aims to help young athletes in San Antonio.

The Spurs forward will host a summer basketball camp for kids in the Alamo City on July 25-26. The age bracket is set at 8-15 years old and is entirely free!

The camp will be held at Cornerstone High School at 18755 Stone Oak Parkway, 78258.

Johnson has been supporting the local San Antonio community and the surrounding cities.

He recently announced a summer basketball camp in Laredo, Texas, and it is shaping up to be a good time.

Outside of basketball camps. he is supporting local San Antonio companies.

It was recently announced that he partnered with Beldon Roofing Company.

This partnership will bring essential community events to San Antonio, such as this past Thanksgiving's Turkey Drive, where 300 turkeys were given to local families, and the Christmas Toy Drive, "Cheerful Slam Jam," where free toys were given to 400 kids on San Antonio's Eastside.

Overall, Johnson has positively impacted the community since becoming a Spur.

He's contributed to keeping San Antonio's rivers clean and has gone above and beyond for Lanier High School.
