Police searching for missing teen girl last seen on northwest side

Alezandria Rangel was last seen on April 23 on the 4000 block of Cheddar Drive, police said.

SAN ANTONIO — San Antonio Police are asking for help finding a teen girl who was last seen on Tuesday on the northwest side. 

Alezandria Rangel, 15, was last seen on April 23 on the 4000 block of Cheddar Drive, police said. 

Alezandria has long black hair, brown eyes, weighs approximatley 115 punds and is 5'4" feet tall. She also has a birthmark on her left shoulder. 

She was last seen wearing a black top, blue jeans, black slippers, James Avery rings and a charm bracelet. 

Alezandria has a diagnosed medical condition. 

If you have seen or know about the whereabouts of the missing teen you are asked to call the Missing Persons Unit at 210-207-7660.
