One injured after crash on southeast side of town, SAPD says

At least three vehicle were involved in the crash.

SAN ANTONIO — Only one person was injured in a crash that happened on the southeast side of town Wednesday afternoon, police say.

San Antonio Police responded to the intersection of South New Braunfels Avenue at Rigsby Avenue around noon for reports of a multi-vehicle crash.

Police say three cars were involved in the collision.

Police tell us that the gray Toyota Tundra was traveling southbound on South New Braunfels Avenue and ran a red light. The collision caused one of the vehicles to roll over onto its roof. 

Only minor injuries were reported, however one of the people involved was taken to the hospital to be treated for their injury.

This is a developing story.
