Motorcyclist injured after crashing his bike north of downtown

The man was taken to University Hospital to be treated for his injuries.

SAN ANTONIO — A man was injured after he crashed his bike into a curn north of downtown late Tuesday night, police say.

San Antonio Police responded to the 18500 block of Sigma Road near the Costco on Loop 1604 around 11:37 p.m. for reports of an accident.

When officers arrived, they found a man in his 30s with minor injuries from the crash. He was taken to University Hospital to be treated. 

Officers say he told them he crashed his bike into the curb. No other vehicles were involved in the crash.

No other injuries were reported.
