Furniture Factory Warehouse has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
A spokesperson said a handful of customers are waiting on their deliveries. The company is in a blackout period where it cannot touch its inventory, but the spokesperson said every customer will be treated fairly and their issues will be resolved as soon as possible.
On Friday the Dallas-based company filed for bankruptcy. Furniture Factory Warehouse opened more than 20 years ago and was sold to a parent company two years ago.
The company reported annual sales of about $26 millionand shows both assets and liabilities in the $1 million to $10 million range.
Pending court approval, furniture factory warehouse will conduct liquidation sales at 12 of its 13 stores throughout Texas.
