U.S. Marshals arrested a fugitive here in San Antonio Tuesday night who was wanted for a murder in Florida.
Members of the Lone Star Fugitive Task Force captured 24-year-old Jose Aguirre.
He was arrested after he was found hiding out in a house on Bernard Drive on the city's south side.
Aguirre is accused of shooting a man to death in a nightclub parking lot Saturday in Mount Dora, northwest of Orlando.
Aguirre's now awaiting extradition to Florida.
