SAN ANTONIO — According to San Antonio Police, two people were shot while walking downtown and multiple suspects were detained overnight.
The incident occurred at the intersection of E. Commerce Street and the S. Alamo Street around 2:38 a.m. Saturday morning.
Police say they received information that six males were involved in shooting two people before fleeing the scene.
Officials searched the area and found six individuals who were detained.
Both victims were transported to a hospital with one victim left in serious condition.
The investigation is ongoing.
