The Houston Chronicle reports that the kiosks will be installed at 29 stores in the area.

HOUSTON — Cryptocurrency kiosks are coming to a Texas grocery chain – and Texas Gov. Greg Abbott is a fan.

According to a report by the Houston Chronicle, a representative for H-E-B confirmed that cryptocurrency kiosks will be installed at 29 of their stores in the Houston area.

The machines allow users to buy or sell cryptocurrency using cash or a debit or a credit card.

The kiosks will allow customers to access several currencies, including bitcoin and "dogecoin."

Gov. Abbott appears to be excited about the news. He tweeted, "It's happening! Texas will be the crypto leader."
