KLEBERG COUNTY, Texas — Texas DPS agents made a huge drug bust recently near Kingsville in Kleberg County.
They seized 54 pounds of methamphetamine hidden inside water tanks. The drugs have an estimated street value over $4.7 million, the DPS said.
Since last Dec. 30, the DPS has seized over 12,000 pounds of methamphetamine as part of Operation Lone Star.
