20 years after Del Rio flooding, survivors say they're being kicked out

In 1998, a devastating flood hit Del Rio killing six people and leaving over a thousand people without homes. Three families who lost their homes during the flood relocated with the help of FEMA and the Del Rio Housing Authority, but after two decades those residents said the Housing Authority wants them out. Eyewitness News reporter Vanessa Croix explains.
