Siblings of baby King Jay Davila removed from grandparents’ home
Child Protective Services took the siblings of baby King Jay Davila, the 8-month-old boy who died earlier this year, from their grandparents' home Monday.
CPS said they can’t release any details of their investigation, but they said children are removed from a home when “there is a real concern of imminent harm or danger.” Four little boys, age 2 through 8, were taken Monday. This was done after a judge’s order and it comes after CPS took custody of a newborn in the family on Friday.
