Abandoned dogs get a second chance after being dumped on street
Dog dumping in San Antonio is a huge problem. And recently, some dogs were found on the side of a road on the city’s west side. One of the abandoned dogs was pregnant. Eyewitness news reporter 'Sharon Ko' explains how these helpless animals were saved.
