For one man, his Fiesta parade spot is a year-round project
Fiesta is in full swing, and now people are getting ready for the parades. The Cavaliers parade is Monday. But Eyewitness News reporter Vanessa Croix caught up with one man, who spends all year, getting ready for one of the oldest and largest parades in the country.
