According to the Comal County Sheriff’s Office, a body matching the description of missing San Antonio man Scott Mayer was found by a search group on Saturday morning.
A vehicle was also found nearby that matched the description of the last vehicle that Mayer was seen driving.
The search crews made the discovery around 10:45 a.m. on the 1100 block of Circle Acres Drive in Bulverde.
Law enforcement says that an autopsy has been ordered to confirm that the body is Mayer and that no foul play is suspected.
A post on the Find Scott Mayer Facebook page seems to confirm that the body found was Mayer.
