Have you had enough of the heat yet?
Unfortunately, it's only going to get hotter here in South-Central Texas.
Tomorrow is the official start of summer, but today will likely be the hottest day of the week. Kens 5 meteorologist Bill Taylor thinks it could be the hottest day of the year thus far.
Heat indices are expected to reach 108 to 112 degrees this afternoon, according to the National Weather Service.
Temperatures will range from 95 to 108.
A Heat Advisory is currently in effect from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. today.
Be aware of the signs of heat-related illnesses, including Heat Exhaustion and Heat Stroke.
