Jonas bro: 'You are welcome' for the Spurs win streak

Next time Spurs fans see Kevin Jonas, they're giving him a high five.

SAN ANTONIO — Spurs fans have an abundance of theories as to why the Silver and Black's on-court performance has drastically improved during their nine-game win streak.

Most attribute the surge to better defensive play against a bevy of talented teams, but one fan pointed out an interesting correlation on Twitter following the team's victory over the Golden State Warriors.

"The Jonas brothers returned/And the Spurs haven't lost since," @dylangonzalez21 posted - rather poetically - to Twitter.

The tweet went viral - and even caught the attention of one Jonas brother, who sent a response:

"You are welcome," Kevin Jonas tweeted to Dylan, which prompted him to "officially retire from twitter now I've peaked."

Other tweeters were quick to point out that there may be a little Jonas Bros. magic throughout the Spurs' dynastic run.

In 2007, the Spurs won their fourth NBA championship; that same year, the Jonas Brothers dropped their breakthrough self-titled album, one Twitter user noted.

In 2014, Nick Jonas released his single, "Jealous," mere months after the Silver and Black clinched their fifth championship.

Some Spurs fans have embraced the JoBro magic, noting that the team has the "Jonas Blessing."

Does this mean another Spurs championship is in store? The NBA world will just have to wait "A Little Bit Longer" to find out.
