A third-grade teacher at Fern Bluff Elementary School was arrested for allegedly placing a video camera in the women's staff restroom.
According to the Williamson County Sheriff's Office, Robert Lance Bradley, 36, is accused of placing the camera in a Styrofoam drinking cup that faced towards the stall.
Deputies said after reviewing the footage, they saw Bradley setting up the camera before leaving the restroom. A female teacher entered the area to use the facilities after he left. Once she exited the room, deputies said Bradley returned and took the camera back.
Round Rock ISD confirms they were alerted to inappropriate conduct by Bradley on Tuesday, Sept. 13. He was then removed from the school and the campus was thoroughly searched for additional devices.
Investigators said they did not find any student victims or additional devices.
Bradley, who has been at the elementary school for nearly a decade, was arrested Thursday, Sept. 15 and is charged with invasive visual recording, a state felony that carries a maximum two-year sentence in jail. His bond is set at $11,000.
The investigation is ongoing.
