The family confirmed DeVayne's death on her Instagram account Thursday, saying final words to family and fans were 'never give up.'

Chi Chi DeVayne, a competitor on two seasons of "RuPaul's Drag Race," has died at the age of 34. The cause of death was not immediately reported.

The family also confirmed DeVayne's death on the official account Thursday night, saying final words to family and fans were "never give up."

Entertainment Weekly reports DeVayne was previously hospitalized in July with high blood pressure and suspected kidney failure. She was later discharged.
