SAN ANTONIO — Police say an 18-year-old was run over by a driver after the teen hit the man’s car with a baseball bat.

It all reportedly started with an argument between the driver and the teen on West Hermosa, north of downtown, around 2:00 a.m.

Police say the driver took off after the argument, but returned at some point, which is when the teen started hitting the man’s Mercedes with a baseball bat.

While he was doing that, police say the driver ran over the teen.

That driver is facing charges of aggravated assault.
