SAN ANTONIO – The San Antonio Police Department released dash cam video of Wolff being arrested in July of 2016.
On Thursday, Bexar County Commissioner Kevin Wolff plead 'Nolo Contendre - Guilty' to Driving While Intoxicated.
Wolff was sentenced to one-year probation for the DWI he received on July 31, 2016, when he was accused of running into two cars in a Whataburger drive-thru.
The incident happened in the 10000 block of San Pedro Ave. at about 3 a.m., SAPD reported.
Wolff's seat, Precinct 3, covers the northern portions of Bexar County.
