Jeff Smith, vice president and managing director of Omni PGA Frisco Resort, said they are paying the best hourly rate in the entire metroplex.
"A variety of roles from administrative to operations and more than 130 leadership positions span across the property’s experiences including two championship golf courses, collectively known as Fields Ranch, Omni’s signature Mokara Spa, world-class wedding and event venues, 13 dining options throughout the property, a retail and entertainment district and more," read a statement from their press release.
Sage went through two virtual interviews before landing the third in-person interview on Friday. She said she's been a jeweler and a driver and was searching for something in hospitality.
"We need servers, bar tenders, culinarians, front desk agents, to concierge, to housekeepers..." said Smith. "We're hiring the personality, we're hiring heart and desire. That's really the priority," he said.
