SAN ANTONIO — A man who a local woman claims harassed her, posted explicit photos of her online and stalked her is now facing charges.

Richard Garcia is accused of illegal installing a GPS tracking device on a woman’s car.

According to an arrest warrant, he sent the woman harassing text messages and broke into her online accounts.

The arrest warrant says he posted nude pictures of the woman on commercial websites, which were used against her in a child custody dispute with her ex-husband.

The warrant also says Garcia tried to spread rumors about her professional conduct in an effort to destroy her professional reputation.

Police arrested Garcia last month after finding a GPS tracker on her car and linking it to him and his place of work. He is charged with “unlawful installation of a tracking device”.
