SAN ANTONIO — A man has been charged with a murder that occurred back in March after police say he was the getaway driver in a crime.
Police say a drug deal was set up on social media on El Paso Street when 20-year-old, David Rezentes was shot and killed during the deal.
A witness told police five people pulled up in a car and one of the suspects killed Rezentes.
The witness identified 20-year-old Jonathan Garza as the getaway driver.
