HOUSTON — Harris County Sheriff's deputies have identified a man who allegedly fired gunshots from a moving vehicle in a Snapchat video in northwest Houston.

Deputies have identified the man as Brandon Lee Hicks, 21, and prosecutors have accepted a felony deadly conduct charge. Deputies are still looking for Hicks right now.

Deputies say, Hicks is the man seen firing a weapon in a video posted to Snapchat. He allegedly fired the gun into a street as he sat inside a moving vehicle with the window rolled down.

The shooting happened in the 20700 block of Hempstead Road on Friday, April 6, 2018.

According to HPD, the suspect can be seen firing a semi-automatic weapon from the backseat of a moving vehicle.

Anyone with information on Hicks whereabouts is asked to call the Houston Police Department or Harris County Sheriff's Office.
