SAN ANTONIO — The Harris County Constable's Office has canceled a Silver Alert issued Saturday morning for 75-year-old Oscar Baltazar.
The Missing Senior Alert was issued by the Texas Silver Alert Network following his hours-long disappearance. He had last been seen on Friday around 5 p.m. at 19910 Sutton Falls Drive in Cypress, Texas.
