SAN ANTONIO -- Two people accused of beating a man to death with baseball bats have been arrested, according to San Antonio police.
Daniel Lopez, 28, and Candie Dominguez, 35, have been arrested on murder charges.
Investigators found the body of 35-year-old Jose Menchaca in a garage in the 400 block of Hillwood Drive, a week after they believe he was murdered.
Lopez and Dominguez are accused of using a baseball bat to beat Menchaca to death during a heated argument.
Police said Menchaca was reported missing around 9 a.m. Monday morning and was last seen at the Lopez's home.
Investigators said they discovered the body when they searched Lopez's home.
Police said the suspects and victim may be related, and that they also found drugs in the house.
