SAN ANTONIO — A San Antonio Police officer was hospitalized with minor injuries Sunday morning when a vehicle rear-ended his unit as he was "tending to an accident" on I-40," according to officials.
That happened around 3:45 a.m. on 410 near Ingram. The suspect, who wasn't identified by police, was detained, but SAPD says no charges have been filed as of yet.
