SAN ANTONIO — Apartment residents were evacuated in a fire early Wednesday morning on the northwest side.
The fire was at an apartment complex on Oakdale, near Fredericksburg and Callaghan around 4:30 a.m.
Crews say it started on the ground floor and spread to the second story of unit. All the residents in that building had to be evacuated.
No one was injured in the fire. The fire is estimated to have done about $25,000 worth of damage.
