The popular chicken finger restaurant is opening its second location on the south side on Tuesday.

SAN ANTONIO — Set your alarm on Tuesday morning and you could end up with free chicken fingers for a year!

Raising Cane’s will celebrate the opening of its 14th San Antonio location on Tuesday, May 21 at 2322 SE Military Drive. The festivities begin at 8:30 a.m., when new Raising Cane’s will begin accepting entries for a drawing. You’ll have until 9 a.m. to enter to be one of 20 people to win Free Cane’s for a year.

The Spurs Coyote will be present for the ribbon-cutting ceremony at 9 a.m. and there will be giveaways until 1 p.m. The first 100 customers at the new restaurant to purchase a Combo meal will receive a free limited-edition Cane’s T-shirt, along with a voucher for a free Box Combo – containing four fresh, never ever frozen chicken fingers, Texas toast, secret recipe Cane’s sauce, coleslaw, crinkle-cut fries and a drink – that may be redeemed on a subsequent visit, according to a press release.

San Antonio’s newest Raising Cane’s will be open Sunday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to midnight. This marks the 143rd Raising Cane’s in Texas and 439th system-wide. It’s the second on San Antonio’s south side.
