A waiver and release form must be completed prior to competition. Riders will be randomly selected from qualified entries and will be notified no later than December 1, the San Antonio Rodeo says.

The rodeo has already announced its first group of entertainers performing at the 2020 event

Keith Urban, Sammy Hagar & The Circle, Chris Young, Cody Johnson and Brad Paisley are slated to perform next February.
