Mutton Bustin’ is competitive every night at the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo. Every kid gets a score and they’re usually grouped pretty close together.
But on Thursday night, the kids stepped up their game. There were three scores over 80 from competitors Harper Kitchen (88), Wylett Royce (87) Makana Hara (83) all rode past the buzzer.
Diego Tamez even stood out wearing some spiffy chaps for his ride.
But it was Kitchen that just beat out Royce and Uehara for the title on Thursday. Congratulations Harper!
