SAN ANTONIO — The countdown is on in the Countdown City as Fiesta rapidly approaches; as of Wednesday, February 27, San Antonio is officially 50 days away from throwing the city's largest party.
As everyone rushes to prepare for Fiesta - from street food vendors and parade organizers to Cornyation actors and high school marching bands - one local company has released a batch of "puro" Fiesta medals.
SA Flavor shared with KENS 5 a look at the newest batch of their medals, which include homages to San Antonio icons - the people, places, and foods that make San Antonio such a culturally unique city.
The medals are available for purchase through SA Flavor's website, and a portion of the sales go to local non-profits. Take a look at the medals below:
