Zack Briggs is a multiskilled journalist for KENS 5 in San Antonio, Texas, having joined the team in July 2020.
Zack graduated from Washington State University in 2014 and has since reported in Montana, Arizona and Arkansas before arriving in the Alamo City.
During his time in Little Rock, Arkansas, Zack helped with coverage of the historic 2019 Arkansas River floods, which devastated homes and businesses. In addition to natural disasters, Zack found his niche in political and agricultural reporting.
Zack primarily reports nightside at KENS 5. He also sometimes shoots and edits his own stories for air, which is known as a one-man band.
Zack plays the clarinet and is a massive Traditional Jazz fan. He's also always looking for prime hiking spots.
