Here's a list of San Antonio-area schools closed due to coronavirus concerns

Most schools had been scheduled to resume after spring break on March 16. Now, most will take between one and three additional weeks off.

SAN ANTONIO — UPDATE: On Friday, April 17, Texas Governor Greg Abbott announced that schools in the state would remain closed through the end of the school year. Click here for more information.

As the coronavirus continues to affect the daily lives of San Antonains, many local school districts have announced they will be closed into the next month.

Most schools were scheduled to resume after spring break on Monday, March 16. On Tuesday, multiple districts said they would continue that break until April 3.

That has been delayed by various amounts depending on the school. Some schools are also preparing for distance learning.

Below is a complete list of schools that have announced closures so far. We will be updating this list as things change.
