chupacabre?

Chupacabre Solved

I used to have to travel to Peru, and in the Lima area there is a native canine, a picture of which I've submitted here. From all those 'strange' animals I've seen this one is the closed to the described Chupacabre, it is not mange, the dog is a hairless, with a shock of hair on the top of the head, tip of ears, and a reverse hair down the backstrap of the dog. The picture was taken at the Peruvian Pyramids outside of Peru.

No mystery about any of it..
