We have a sewer backup here at Martin and Camaron, running since 4-28-12 and reported 4-29-12 to the Apartment answering service (twice) the second time they said someone was on the way that was at 1:30 p.m. Now its 7:30 p.m. and not a sign of anyone. The City complains about the ducks on the river getting it dirty. As you can see on the video, its the businesses about the creeks and rivers.
