Ms. Beavers am a 1999 graduated from John Marshall High School and is a 2004 graduate of The University of Texas at San Antonio. In the Spring of 2004, She entered Student Teaching and was placed at Brauchle Elementary in a First Grade Class. Luck was on her side because shortly after graduation She was accepted to her first teaching job as a second grade teacher at Brauchle. During my first year of teaching She was honored to be Brauchle's 2005 First Year Teacher of the Year. This is currently her sixth year teaching. You can see that she enjoys her job and her heart is with her students.
I would like to recognize my son's 2nd grade teacher. My son although still struggling...has come a long way with this teacher. She believes in him and shows him different methods of learning in order to progress. This is a very hard quality to find in a teacher. She has so much patience and never loses her cool around her students, no matter what the situation. I "heart" this teacher.
